Balducci-Lopez began her tennure at Mt. SAC in 1987.

Today she works in the Department of Student Life, but she started her career at Mt. San Antonio College as a Clerical Specialist in the Counseling Department.

In 1991, she became the Secretary to the Director of Student Life.  In her role Balducci-Lopez provides support to the Director of Student Life. She maintains all misconduct files, coordinates the annual Volunteer Fair, organizes the annual Lost & Found Auction, coordinates Students of Distinction Program, process lost & found items, creates and distributes the Student Life Weekly online newsletter, orders office supplies and equipment, and coordinates and maintains the Leadership Enhancement and Development (LEAD) program.

Balducci-Lopez also serve on the college’s commencement committee and organizes the rehearsal lunch for graduating students.

Balducci-Lopez received her Associate’s degree from Mt. SAC in 1991.
